The carrier frequencies start from 170MHZ to 260MHZ. The amplifier also has an option for a 9v rechargeable battery. If you have two rechargeable batteries, you can keep one charged and use one in the Body-pack transmitter or hand-held microphone. This is a nice optional feature (rechargeable batteries are not included).
