This item includes 90 day coverage against manufacturing defects from the manufacturer, Intex. Intex will replace a bed returned with a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the original purchase date. The product must be returned to Intex along with a copy of the validated sales receipt, customer name, address, telephone number and a brief note explaining the reason for the claim. It is suggested that the customer ship the product to Intex using a traceable shipping method. Intex will not be responsible for any product lost in transit.
